Service Agreement

Hosted Software service agreement is between Customer and GPSONEPLUS.com

Ownership

Hosted Software, and source codes belongs to GPSONEPLUS.com. Source code parts, which include Customer’s logo and domain, can be modified. Software files and source codes can’t be sold, distributed or reproduced to any third party.

Security

Your data, which you provide to GPSONEPLUS.com, is stored on secure servers. Our company has taken further actions to prevent unauthorized access to your data, including running firewall software, and keeping our servers up-to-date with security patches. However, we cannot guarantee non-disclosure of personal information, due to factors beyond our control. If you believe, that your account has been hacked, please contact us as soon as possible.

Technical support

GPSONEPLUS.com agree to provide Customer with technical support services, which includes periodic distribution of bug fixes, and minor enhancements as Updates. Software technical support operates: Monday – Sunday 24/7. General inquires will be replied during normal business hours.

Payment and delivery

The Agreement is between Customer and GPSONEPLUS.com solely. The applicable Cloud Software Fee is specified on the GPSONELUS.com price list. For Cloud Software plan, Customer must pay quarterly/yearly. Cloud Software will be activated, after GPSONEPLUS.com will receive payment. There is no refund after the payment. Additional training, and branding changes will be implemented afterwards. Recurring payment will be created after the purchase.

Hosted software will be activated, after we receive payment. Additional training and branding changes will be implemented afterwards. If you have questions about fleet tracking systems please contact us.

Updates to the Hosted Software agreement

This is our company right to update this agreement from time to time. If we deem the change to be material, we will post a notice on our homepage and/or send an e-mail to our users.

GPSONEPLUS fleet management software is compatible with the most GPS devices’ brands, see full list of tracking devices here. If your device is not listed, please contact us, and our experts will make your device work with the software.
